HFC-227ea is a highly preferred extinguishing gas in clean gas extinguishing systems. It allows you to continue to use your facility without interruption in case of fire with minimal damage. Due to its chemical structure, it absorbs the heat in the fire environment and destroys the heat leg of the fire triangle.

It also prevents re-ignition. From data processing rooms to electrical rooms; You can use it with peace of mind in many applications from data centers to museums.

Direct System

The gas is discharged from the blast hole in the tubing system.
Used in systems with hard to reach parts and small volumes ≤ 3.50 m3

Advantages:
-Economic
-Easy loading
-Effective solution for units separated by multiple systems

Indirect System

The gas is discharged through a separate delivery nozzle.
Used in all closed volume systems ≤ 18.40 m3

Advantages:
-Wide protected area
-Allows quick release of gas
-Applicable with all extinguishing gases
-Allows manual operation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • 95% of the calculated amount of gas must be discharged into the closed volume within 10 seconds.
  • For the design concentration 11.5% @20 °C, the volumetric density value should be taken as 0.95 kg/m3.
  • According to NFPA2001 and/or ISO14520, enclosures must be completely sealed.
  • Filling materials with fire-stopping properties should be used to close the openings in the panels where the impermeability cannot be achieved.
  • If there is a ventilation system in the closed volume, this system must be turned off before the discharge starts.
